Shipping & Delivery

What is the shipping time?

Our standard processing time is 2-4 business days and our standard shipping time is 10-15 business days. You should receive your order within 12-19 business days!

Do you charge shipping costs?

No, Loom & Lounge offers free shipping on all orders, regardless of order amount or order size.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped out you will receive a tracking code via email. You can use the code track you package.

Why do I see 2 tracking codes?

If you placed a large order it is possible we send out your order in 2 separate shipments. This is more convenient for the carrier. It is possible that each package will be delivered at a different time or day.

Returns & Refunds

How long can I apply for a return?

You can return your items within 30 days after receipt! Just send our customer support team a message and they will guide you through the process!

Do you charge return costs?

It depends. If you want to return your item(s) because you changed your opinion, then the customer needs to pay for the return costs. If you want to return your item because there are problems with your order such as a defect, or receiving a different color, then Loom & Lounge will make up for the return costs!

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Your total order amount will be refunded within 3-5 business days after we received the return shipment!

Invoicing & Payments

Can I recieve an invoice for my order?

Yes! Just message our customer support team, they will manually send you an invoice for your order!

Do you charge extra costs for a specific payment method?

No! We do not charge extra costs for a specific payment method. All costs are visible at the checkout!

Loom & Lounge Business

Do you also sell B2B?

Certainly! Everyone can place an order. All orders are processed through our standard methods!

Are you able to deliver large quantities?

Yes! We are able to deliver large quantities, but the shipping time for very big orders differs from our standard delivery time. Please get in touch with our customer support team to get an exact answer on the delivery time for all the items you have your eyes on.

Do you offer after sale services such as installation and maintenance?

We offer assistance with tracking your order, placing orders and we offer assistance with the return process. Unfortunately we do not offer services such as installation or maintenance. We advise you to get in touch with a specialist for these requests!
